Apartment Review for Applewood Village Townhomes - Houston, TX

They do not have emergency maintenance. A 90 degree apartment is not an emergency. I have had the sewer drain at me garage door overflow 3 times in the last month. According to management it is not inside the apartment so it is not an emergency. When they do fix it they do not clean the feces or paper. They leave it on the ground around the sewer overflow. I know this because it is at my backdoor so I can smell it and cannot get in my vehicle without walking through it. MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY ARE HORRIBLE. Do not ever expect a return phone call from management company about complaints because they do not return phone calls. You get an answering machine and can leave a message but they NEVER return phone calls.
