Apartment Review for Boardwalk Apartments - Houston, TX

You name the crime and it's happened! Myself has been victim to 3 crimes in 2yrs time and a shooting happened just at the edge of the sidewalk next to the office. They will NEVER admit to any of it but if you value your life and things stay far far away!!!!!!!! The office staff is extremely rude and even hangs up on you. Don't be fooled by the looks of the property. You could get a false sense of security easily but be afraid...VERY afraid!!! Signs of drug dealing and prostitution is all around and the property manager is in denial. Just in the last month I have been walking the sidewalk and USED condoms are laying right there. They will tell you that HPD lives on property but 1 left as soon as he saw that the person they moved in below him had prison gang tattos all over. STAY AWAY...FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!! There's not enough room to tell you everything but don't be fooled by the outward view!!!
