The landlord does not care at all about the tenants and puts as little money inro the apts. as possible. The floors are rotting thru. Someone just called the city and they have cited them numerously. Apparently we have had 10+ gas leaks here, we could have all been dead!! Please don't move here, it is approaching condemnation!!  Need to rent an apartment?
