Apartment Review for Broadstone At Westway Park - Houston, TX

I wonder if the staff who works in this office is really working for broadstone or for another company. They are the rudest people we have ever experienced. My contract expires on 2nd of May 2010, I wanted to give my 60day notice on 22nd of February 2010, which is only 1 week before the 60day period. They refused to take the notice, they said that I must give the notice only on 2nd of March 2010, they can’t accept the notice before that day. I informed them that i will be leaving the country on 28th February 2010, they still refused. The silliest thing they told me to mail the notice and date it 2nd of March 2010. So I asked her if I mail the notice she would anyways receive it before or after the 2nd so how does it matter. She had no reply. Infact they even lied about the contract end date they said their system had June 2nd 2010, just because I didnt have a copy of my contract. I requested her to check the contract copy she had with her, but she refused. They are always rude to talk to. Fortunately I found my copy of the contract and confronted them the next day, to which she quickly said it must have been a typing error. Please don't rent in this place they are very good to you when you want to rent but once you are in the complex, they give you the worst service.
