Apartment Review for Brookfield Apartments - Houston, TX

I moved into this apartment thinking that I was getting a great deal, but lo and behold I was in for a syrprise. I was told that my lease would be ready to sign in 2 to 3 daye, it took 2 WEEKS! I had trouble getting anything fixed. If I called on Monday the mataince man would come Monday NEXT WEEK. I had to pay for parking because trying to get a parking spot is like trying to take food from a fat person! Even though I paid for parking someone was always parking in my spots. There was a towing number that I was to call if someone other was to park in my spot. Well I did and the tow company never showed up. I had to park against the back fence near the exit. Boy was I pissed. Now the people who worked in the office were nice and friendly. I never got one person who was either irate or inconsiderate. The noise level was nonexistent. You could hear a rat piss on cotton. As far as the kids, they were always in the way of your driving. No matter what time you try to leave or drive, somebody's child would come from out of no where and run in front of your car. Almost hit a couple and believe it or not the parents got mad at me! All in all I think that Brookfield is a grast place to live with minor irritations. The floor plans are real spacious. You have a lot of closet space. The balcony is unbeliveable and astounding. Great location for shopping and on the busline. Go and check for yourself.
