Apartment Review for Cambridge Court Apartments - Houston, TX

I was renting a condo from a friend... For some crazy reason once every few months the water would be out, and I would be stuck going to work not having taken a shower or brushing my teeth. It was an upleasant surprise each time it happened. Also, my neigbor downstairs got robbed once. Unfortunately, these things outweigh the fact the community was very quiet and overall in good condition.
