No playground for kids so they are loud right next to the apartments-where there are signs that said do not walk on grass. Neighbors would allow non-tenants to use the laundry room. Laundry room not big enough for apartment complex population. Parking is bad. Other tenants park in your spot. majority of tenants picked by management lacked basic life skills to achieve common courteousy. Management was in denial about beer cans and other litter left near apartments and parking lots. Did not resolve noise issues. She allowed problems to escalate to the point of verbal violence and cops called to premises.
