Apartment Review for Fairwinds - Houston, TX

Management has very poor standards and communication with residence. If you don't like roaches noisy neighbors incorrect billing issues, don't move there. Keep your deposit small because they may attempt to keep it once you move out reguardless of how you left you apartment unit. I was unable to get a response for owners in Coral Gables Florida which is a sign of lack of responsiblility to their customers and residence. On 1 - 10 sale 10 being best I will give it a 2 Beware!!!!!!!!!!
