HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE 2005 NEW OWNER CAME IN 2008 HE'S A "SLUM LORD" YES HE IS PLANTING PLANTS REDOING SOME OF THE APARTMENTS BUT HE GOES IN AND OUT OF YOUR APARTMENT EAT'S YOUR FOOD IN YOUR ICE BOX, TAKES YOUR BELONGINGS IF YOU OWE HIM RENT,CUTS WATER OFF WITH NO NOTICE . BOTTOM LINE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE lAW  Need to rent an apartment?
