Apartment Review for J & H Apartment Rentals - Houston, TX

The owner is only worried about his money!! Prefers CASH!!Will get P.O.'d if paid with check or money order.Will try to make you take it back so he can have cash.The walls are very thin,I can hear my neighbors have sex.Doesn't like white people,the illegals can do what ever they want to.He is very prejudiced. He doesn't want to fix anything,only Money,Money!! He doesn't want to hear anything at all,but will tell you to:"Have a Nice Day".Getting anything repaired is like pulling teeth. Parking is terrible,you have two spaces for each unit,but you have to compete with your neighbors guests for your parking spot.The guest's speed through the driveway,and you have to watch out for them.There is nothing you can do about it,the owner doesn't give a shit,so why would anybody else?!!!
