  Read Reviews Here! 2 Reviews Date Review Approve 7/11/2007 Free Electricity Sounds Good But Is It Worth Your No Napoloean Apartments, HPD hellicopters flying over your Napoloean, high homicide, rape, and robbert, Lantern is just adjacent to Napoleon.....Think about it. bad management, unsafe location, dirty and old apartments, staff is rude. camping outside is much better than living here.
