Apartment Review for Plaza Del Oro Townhouses - Houston, TX

I lived there, but would strongly recommend against. The units are relatively old with cheap old appliances. There is cheap carpet in every room that becomes a breeding ground for mold and millipede larvae. In fact, every spring and somethimes summer they come cralling out, hundreds of them. Not to mention the ants. Also electricity is ?300.00/month and that is with conservative use of heating and cooling. Staff is unfriendly. There are new appartments avaialble in Houston for the same rent. Oh, and breaking the lease will cost you a fortune.
