Apartment Review for Promenade - Houston, TX

The management thought it would be a good idea to paint, install new carpet, and granite countertops, but neglected to replace anything that has a functional purpose. I have lived here for eight months and the air conditioner has been "fixed" eight times. The response time for a broken air conditioner in July was 5 days. Nice living environment (95 degrees +), especially when working at home in the evening. There is no two external units the same, almost like they got them at a swap meet. Thannks alot PJV.
