Apartment Review for Prospect - Houston, TX

There are several things about this complex which make it so awesome, but if I had to narrow it down to my top 3 items, I would list (a) the architecture/interior/hardwoods make it feel like a house instead of an apartment and that is hard to find (b) location...super close to the center of town and minutes from an on ramp to every fwy in the city..also hard to find and (c) the security/privacy/professionalism of the place. It's small enough where you know your neighbors and the mgmt, yet you also have privacy....VERY hard to find! The place doesn't even advertise because people stay here so long...I feel fortunate to have found Prospect Apts, so I thought others should know about it, too!
