Apartment Review for Red Oak Place - Houston, TX

If anyone reads these reviews seriously do not rent from this complex.The company does not have money to fix these apartments.When you call to get things repaired they take so long or they get old parts from another apt.The owners are always changing and the managment is always changing.When you think there doing something right, in a blink of eye there is new management.These apartments are the worst i have seen.There old,the gates dont work.No security.Tenants are always fighting outside.Its ghetto of the ghetto.Please and im telling you before you decide to move in here:run run and keep running or you will be sorry.Im just waiting on mylease to get out of this hell hole.Sorry to be so blunt but im trying to keep people out of here before they make a mistake.
