Apartment Review for Richmond Towne Homes - Houston, TX

This apartment complex used to have very good management. People tends to stay longer. but recently it was sold to another company -- TVO. They increased the monthly rent about ~30% and tried to kick off all the current resident because they pay a lower rent. One reason is that they tried to make more money while bringing new people here --- it might only help in a short term. 2008 is not a good year for company to bring more people to Houston. with a very rude and clever manager, Kim, TVO is going to pay more price for a lesson.
