Bad credit is one good reason to rent here. Roaches, water from the air conditioner, water from the refrigerator, $70.00 per month utility bills (even though the sign states 'Bills Paid' $620.00 per month rental for an apartment with leaking sink. If you're living on the street this is a step up.  Need to rent an apartment?
