Apartment Review for Skylar Pointe - Houston, TX

I have had probelms with this apartment complex from the first week we moved in. The first couple days we were there, there was open sewage all along the sidewalk. Reported it to the office and nothing was done. The caps to the sewage pipes were not locked or screwed back on. Another sewage spill accured about a month later, I couldn't even get to my staircase without having to walk to through facal matter and urin. Told the office again that day and they let it sit there for two days before the rain washed it away. We've had to call the cops on the downstairs neighboirs after asking them to please be quiet since they had been partying for 3 weeks straight. A couple days later my fiance was changing my daughter and heard loud yelling outside and saw 5 cops with shotguns pulling out 9 people form a 2 bedroom apartment below us. Arrested 3 imigrants. Another thing...My daughter, fiance, dog and I had gotten sick the first week and told the office we tought there was mold. They denied it and said that it had been tested and that there was no mold. Almost three months later I look up and find black mold growing on the outside of my daughters air vent. I opened the vent in the master bedroom and I couldn't believe my eyes. Within 10 minutes of being exposed, I started sneezing, coughing and feeling very sick. I reported it to the office and they said they would clean it. The next night I woke up twice from asthma attacks. (I DONT HAVE ASTHMA). I had a doctor confirm all my symptoms were caused from the mold. I looked up information on being exposed to black mold and me and my family had every single one of them. Nosebleeds, Asthma, Coughing, Sneezing uncontrabley, Nausea, Headaches, etc. Even my dog was throwing up. After having to battle with them to move us i find out that the neighbor behind us had the same problem. They ended up moving us but I CAN NOT WAIT to get outta there!
