Apartment Review for Skylar Pointe - Houston, TX

Your going to love this place! muahaha! Mexicans sitting in theyre cars outside your house drinking all night throwing beer bottles in your little patch of grass ( next to everyones dog shit! ), or loittering around in your little ass assigned space so you cant park without feeling like your going to get shanked. OH and they currently reside in the fitness room, you wont ever be able to use it they are there ALL NIGHT... they love to open the windows and blare tehano out which just blends in with all the other constant loud music from idiots driving through. PARKING IS A JOKE sometimes i wouldnt leave the house ( even for a 2 min drive to the nasty gas station a block away ) in fear of not having my spot back and having to park on the main road ( yes even on WEEKDAYS! ) damn kids ALWAYS running around screaming and skateboarding ( hope to God your bedroom window isnt next to the sidewalk like ours was! as if it wasnt bad enough anyways! ) , shitty neighbors, WORTHLESS MANAGEMENT ( except the maintence guy, hes alright ) and an over priced half ass fixed up (remodeled) apt. oh and then when you move out they say you didnt return the keys or gate keys and you trashed the place! BULLSHIT! we cleaned the hell out of it! so ya i think were paying them off like $1,600 just so we can get our credit cleared of them! its sad because when i toured the apts one day i loved them, but everything changes at about dusk ( if you must check them out get a late appt. and hang around after dark, you will understand) anyways... My advice is RUN and DONT LOOK BACK!
