Apartment Review for Skylar Pointe - Houston, TX

I urge you NOT to sign a lease here, unless you feel like living in Tijuana mexico dont even come down this street. These apartments are disgusting, honestly these is no word in the human dictionary that could really describe these apartments..yeah there that bad. First off we move into a nice size one bedroom and got an awesome rate on it almost too good to be true and sure enough it was. Not only did we live next door to 10 mexican guys scrunched into one apartment the people downstairs did no justice either with the loud music that vibrated my entire living room. Oh and you cant forget the guys who lived next door loved stand outside blaring music all hours of the night while also consuming mass amounts of beer, there isnt anything wrong with having a good time but not on a sunday night when the rest of the world has to work monday. And by far the worst thing we had just had our son and he was barely a month or two old and you will never believe the wild animal i find in my bedroom, a baby RACOON!! you think im kidding no i kid you not, yup a baby raccon cuddle up on my bedroom floor. So when i notified the office the first leasing agent was about as cold hearted as they come honestly could have cared less she didnt even help me i waited for the other girl to return from lunch and where was the manager MIA as usual. As I told the girl who finally helped me what was going on she then tells me "Oh we caught the mama racoon and we where waiting for the babies to come." oh thanks for the heads up to keep a look out for wild animals come into my apartment threw my dryer vent. so they relocated us to an upgraded apt (but dont get your hopes up the world upgraded is a joke) so with all the chaos and huge inconvenience did they cut us a deal absolutely not. so we move and lo and behold we move into a roach infested apartment. the apartments offer free extermination but just because you do 1 apartment it wont fix the problem the entire building needs to be treated. So I move from one nasty creature to hundreds of gross creatures. These apartments are a joke serious it was a mistake ever living here. And they still have racoons roaming around the parking lot and big racoons almost the size of a great dane, I even saw one in the middle of the day crossing the parking lot it even ran right infont of the office windows. Dont even think of these as if worse comes to worse situation. These partments are the worst situation possible, Im breaking my lease just to get out of this dump.
