Apartment Review for The Aberdeen - Houston, TX

Staff very nice when you move in, but change thereafter. You will never be able to speak directly to Management, they take your name and never call or investigate your cause for wanting to talk with them. Lots of trashy residents, obvious drug use in some units, trashy parking lots with lots of broken pavement, stray animals all over the property, some residents fail to clean up after their pets (sometimes on your front door step) and seemingly no action taken by mangement. Rent rises each new lease agreement by strangely high and inconsistent amounts. Looks fair to nice from Richmond Ave but declines quickly as you drive into the gates.
