Apartment Review for The Boulevard Apartments - Houston, TX

Many of the reviews below are old ... so, this is what you are facing if you rent here: 1) expensive rent and covered parking compared to so many other apartment complexes; 2) no good cable TV option since the only available provider is a dreadful, incompetent company called TVMax; 3) no cable means you have to get ADSL for fast internet access, which in this area gets disconnected every 10-15 minutes (quite maddening, really); 4) no heated pool in the winter/spring/fall; 5) a miser 200 sq ft gym packed with rubbish which leaving tenants are allowed to dump in there; 6) horrendous traffic at the Kirby/Westpark/I-59 junction all week and all weekend; 7) nasty staff, particularly the lovely chubby blond in the office.
