Apartment Review for The Breckenridge At Cityview - Houston, TX

I lived in phase 3 and I must say it is mostly quiet. The office workers are nice, the maintence always came out quick but only did patch-work (meaning the leak from ceiling re-appears after each heavy rain). I think its a nice place for the price I paid, I would have signed again but I wanted to move closer to work. There's always parking spots but it might not be as close as you wish. I've seen security drive around throughout the day. Everything is well lite (except my door lol but other than me everyone else was). People I've passed seem nice and say "hi". Overall I've enjoyed my year lease here, never understood why ppl said its a bad place.
