Apartment Review for The Park @ Armond Bayou - Houston, TX

On the surface this complex is beautiful; it has fine landscaping, attached garages and spacious apartments... But first impressions are not everything. The staff is absolutely HORRIBLE! I have had minor problems with my apartment from the beginning (icemaker broken, porch lights going out, garage door breaking). Everything which is easily fixable, if they took the time to come and fix it! The other main problem is communication. They send the bills out late and still expect you to pay on time even though you have no idea what you will be paying. Two days late on rent and they tried to evict me! Most complexes have a ten day grace period, especially if you talk to them beforehand (as in my case). I would not reccomend this complex to anybody looking for a quiet retreat. Living here is much more of a hassle than it should be. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
