Apartment Review for The Seasons - Houston, TX

For the first two years that I lived here, the complex was fine. But it seems that the property must have been sold and now the complex has new management very 2-3 months. When I called to complain about the security gates being broken for well over 6 months, I was told that they are not security gates - they are access gates and that they are waiting for approval to get them repaired. When requested that a tree limb be cut back before it broke out my window I was told that it would cost too much for them to get someone to cut it. There are cars riding thru the complex playing loud music at all hours of the night, I am still waiting on my bathroom commode to be repaired after over a year and dogs and cats are allowed roam the property at will without any leash nor owner in site. This place is a total nightmare and I am moving within the next few weeks. My advise for anybody looking at this property is to look elsewhere. Also beware that the same management company runs the Beverly Wilshire that is next door so don't think that it is any better.
