Apartment Review for The Waterford - Houston, TX

The apartment is in a nice location the only apartment that is gated of the three complexes that are around it, which are managed by the same company. I like living here in the beginning, but the need for more space has arisen along with need for timely maintenance. At the end of my lease I could not get my drywall fixed in a timely manner, spent 2 weeks with a hole in the ceiling from a leak...All in all, living here was not bad but beware that you may have to hound management should something go wrong.
