Apartment Review for Treetops At Post Oak - Houston, TX

When I first moved in, the management was very accomodating and flexible and very very pet friendly. Since then, the management has changed and they are doing everything in their power to make the current tenants with dogs feel as unwelcome as possible including making frivolous rules concerning dogs. Moreover, the apartment flooded 3 years ago however, the managment informs future tenants that the apartment has not flooded since the 70s. The management is also very contradictory on what it will and will not charge for. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! I have lived here for almost a year and they still have not programmed the keyless entry into the complex. They are very slow to respond to requests. It is in a good location however, the management is not very friendly. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before renting from Tree Tops.
