Apartment Review for Village Green Apartments - Houston, TX

i think it's over priced for what you get. i pay $750 for a townhome and i think they're charging $790 for them. it's only 975 sq ft and i don't have W/D connects. they do fix problems fast and call you to make sure it was taken care of. i went to wash clothes today and 2 out of 8 washers were out of order. i don't like the fact that they don't own their washer and dryers so if you lose money you have to contact them and get a refund sent to you in the mail...which doesn't get your clothes dried immediately if you lose quarters. but i've lived here for two years and they've gotten better management and things are improving. they're trying to put together a fitness center and they now have a clubhouse for you to rent out (it use to be the office). i see a concious effort to make this place better but i still won't be renewing my lease. 2.5 years here is enough for me. they've put up these
